Strength Training

Using a combination of free weights, body weight and resistance training, we will work with your pursuits. Strength training can be useful for building and maintaining bone density, growing muscle, cardiovascular health, weight loss and maintenance, more stamina and improved mood.

Lu emphasizes pelvic alignment, postural support, breath control and building a positive relationship to your body.

 Strength Training is good for:
